I'm glad you shared with us, so hopefully you can find some comfort and support from all your tractor friends. I am the one who turns off and removes the ventilator and have had to do so many times. It never gets easy, but I know for the person attached it is best; however, for the family I am always deeply saddened. I will pray for you, you did do the right thing. Keep your mother's memory alive by talking of her life and achievments with friends and family. My father grew up in a farming family in Alabama. They started out with a donkey and a plow. Hard for me to imagine since I grew up in the city! Please write us back and let us know how you are doing. God bless. Dianna
