In the state of Kentucky you have the right, nay, the obligation to shoot at a fleeing felon if you have seen him commit the act. Now this is obviously an old law, and you better have all your ducks in a row, but when I was looking up informatiion on making a citizen's arrest, all kinds of stuff came up, including this little bit of interesting information. Chose your states carefully if you want to rape rob and pillage. Down here in Missouri, with the big Mark Twain National Forrest, it just don't take nothing to hide the bodies, and we all go packing so just be warned. Harley
