Not everyone is sitting in front of their computer waiting for your email. It could be several hours, or even a couple of days before you get a reply. Don't panic if you don't get a reply right away, especially if it's a weekend or a holiday. Most of all, don't start peppering them with emails asking, begging, demanding to know what the status is every few minutes. That's kook behavior, totally uncalled for, and totally unnecessary.
