The only tractor I know of with all those features is an Oliver 1550, 1600, or 1650. All parts are easily available. If you have an AGCO dealer, great. If not, Valu - Bilt and T.H.E. company sell them over the 'Net. Many AGCO dealers sell and ship parts via phone orders all over the country. Most primary and secondary electric system parts are available at NAPA. Be sure to get one with the Hydraul-Shift. That gives you 18F and 6R speeds.
