Just got a set of MF35 manuals. Yes they said grease rear bearings.....stupidest thing I ever heard of. Once annually. remove all the stuff in the way and then undo the 12 bolts around the hub and pull the shaft out far enough to grease the bearing by hand. Be careful with the shaft so as to not damage your seals. Over the years I wonder just how many get greased.........do I hear none unless other work is being done? Mark
