IF SO THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE THE BLOCK MAY BE CRACKED.I WOULD SAY IF THE TRACTOR IS IN THE CONDITION YOU SAY, $1000.00 WOULDN,T BE A BAD BUY. ESPECIALLY IF IT IS CLOSE TO YOU. YOU MAY BE ABLE TO BUY ONE CHEAPER, BUT IF IS IS VERY FAR AWAY, YOU MAY BE LOOKING AT A BIG EXPENSE GETTING IT HOME. GOOD LUCK. HOPE YOU GET IT. FRANK
