First off I think its great that the FFA has something like this for you to do. I sure wish I would of gottin involed in something like this when I was a little younger. Im 24 now. Its hard to say what something will go for at a auction. It basically depends on who is there and how bad they want something. There was some good advice on the other posts. One of the first things I look at on a old tractor is the sheet metal. If it is nice and strait that is a big plus. I would sooner do some mechanical work then body work. Plus it seems that when you start buying or repair the tin work or other cosmetic things it becomes more $$$ then the actual mechanics of the tractor.
