Trailer plow tires

Hi, I just bought a Massey Harris 2 bottom trailer plow. One tire is real rotten and I have the wheel off to replace it. I intended to just put a used 16" tire but all the ones I find are much taller than the one I'm replaceing. One tire is going to be taller than the other. Is this going to be a problem? Can I use it this way, or should I replace both tires so they are the same size? Thanks, Dan.
