Do you have the old rim? The LA I had, had a rusted out rim but the lugs were usable. Torched the mounts off old rims spent some time with a grinder and welded them into rims from a New Idea picker. Drilled holes from tire side of replacement rim and you couldn't tell what I had done except for the orange paint. HTH
