Like Paul said... Good post but have to say you Can get pulled over for weight. Your states Weights and Standards can pull anyone over for weight and they do not even have to make it a judgment call. That is their job. They can stop every vehicle that passes them and check the weight just like a police officer can stop anyone and ask for a license and proof of insurance. The only thing that stops them is the fact that they get paid the same to sit in the A/C car as they do to tote portable scales all day.
