We're in the panhandle so we should be OK unless she decides to head west and cross over into the Gulf. Then the storm can rebuild and do more damage wherever it decides to land. In-laws live on the Gulf side south of Tampa so they should be OK. Last report I heard was late Thursday night and the central pressure was increasing and it's travel speed was slowing down. That means it's weakening but it will still pack a strong punch wherever it lands. Our local power company crews are already packing up and loading their trucks to head south to help restore power after the storm passes through. Pray for the folks in the path and the emergency crews that have to respond...
