Loren - This has got to be one of the SLOWEST hurricanes ever. I feel sorry for the rest of the USA having to hear the same old thing over and over about Francis. Its 5:00 saturday and I am just getting maybe 25 m.p.h winds and a few squalls. I am just below Largo in Englewood.
I think Jacksonville will get less than us here. We anticipate a TON of rainfall and some winds but maybe not hurricane force on this coast.Branches are blowiing around only, so far. Expect it to get progressively worse and to last a while.
