Wetland deal.its illegal t ocut them in some states,but the chances of getting caught are slim.I know when we expanded our building there were some "wetlands",land that stayed wet due to the staes poor system of cutting ditches on new roads,the area stayed wet and cattails grew,the contractor had t oget a permit to bulldoze over them.
