Stick: oh, well--worth a try anyway! I picked up two Coleman lanterns at a garage sale this summer--a propane one and a coleman-fuel one, for the princely sum of $0.50 each. Cleaned them up and replaced the mantles, and both work fine. The propane one takes the "regular" bottles, which is why I thought yours might be similar.
