seized AC B follow up

After some responses here is an update.I did try to pull the tractor but she is stuck. pulled the starter and spark plugs and still stuck. I'm in the process of removing the oil pan but even that is not simple since the front axcel has to be removed or it has to be split any suqgestions on how to continue.
