I left a tank in a field late afternoon one yr and was hit before the next morning. It doesnt seem to bother these guys that tanks are sitting in a farmyard 100 yrds from my house where im eating LUNCH (as in around noon). Thankfully KS has passed legislation clearing farmers of liability from the thefts. Matt
