durn mess. sorry to read it. old lawyer once told me that pocession is 9/10ths of the law. let her stir up a hornets nest before you give in. my bet is she wont. not unless she is prepared to lose in court. a hole lot of questions will be asked in court-- like whyy the heck didn't you get them machines years ago?, an what rent did you pay when the neighbor kept them machines housed?, etc. seems unreasonable for her to claw on you about it. its up to her to recover them machines. yours looks like the easiest one to get if she dont care none about the laws here in the old dominion, right? sit tight and lock that old thing up, thats what i would do i'll tell you that. if she comes for it with writ then file suit for storage and repairs? dunno, durn mess. sorry to hear it.
