I'm certainly no lawyer, but I'd like to think that there are laws that pertain to such things as leaving goods on some else's property for years at end, and then trying to reclaim them.

As for "bad juju", sell it, or find a witch doctor to put a spell/hex on it, find and put the biggest bow on it, then park it on her porch in front of her door.
