I agree with the real ron,I ran an equipment shop and have found that the people with poor grammer,spelling and writing skills generally don't care about doing an assignment or job correctly,but just getting it done,this attitude follows them all through life.Now is the time to make them ashamed of it while they still have time to change.A lot of time the individual spends more time being a wise@ss than paying attention.I say tell it like it is.
