DRD: The free advice you just received is about as good as free advice gets. I urge you to use it wisely. Including the post about grammer and spelling. My cousin is one of the best mechanics I've ever known. His formal education however, was quite lacking. He landed a good job with a big paper company and his mechanical skills were put to extensive use. His company sent him all over the country to keep equipment operating. He lamented on his retirement however, that due to his lack of good writing skills, he was kept from getting some good promotions.
