Hydrolic problem

Hi everyone hope someone can give me some advice. I have a mustang 310 skid steer I just bought everythings fine when the machine is cold but after using it for about 1 hour the bucket looses all power. It will work if its empty but if someone just puts there foot in the bucket it wont move. I have tightened the belt no change the pump its self and the filter both look new. I have left it sit for a couple of hours and then everything is fine till you use it for some time. Any ideas where I should start?
