(The EDT comments are a long-standing joke around here about a non-exsisting tractor that does everything... :) Somewhere on the tractor there is a shiny metal plate or flat sopt with numbers stamped into it. This will tell you exactly what you have to the year it was made. Most tractors have some letters or numbers on the side of the tin work over the engine or so. Possibly on the front radiator tin, or behind the engine on the tin. This will tell you most of what you want to know. Color of paint will tell us what make it is, if you can be really specific - bright green, dull green, orange, red, blue, 2 colors....; engine description (4 cyl, 6, 2...) gas or diesel fuel, etc. Type of transmition (number of gears) and so on. Wide front end, narrow front end, size of rear tires, and so on will help if nothing else. A picture will get it identified instantly here. Most tractors built from 1930s through the 1960s by all manufacturers would fit your description so far, so we need a little more to go on. --->Paul
