The other side of the coin... I recently sold some of my grandfather"s. His tractors were hard to put a price on because of age and condition. One was an IHC Titan. I asked for peoples opinions on what it was worth. I got answers anywhere from $500 to $5000. Pretty hard to nail down an asking price from that. How is it that if you do not know the value that you are to get a fair price without asking for offers? Guess to high you waste your time, guess too low and you just cheated your grandfather. I guess it is just difficult for some of you guys to see it this way as you KNOW how much something is worth. Some of us sellers on the other hand... don"t
