Need help/Advice on wheel weights

I just bought a ford 800 series model 850. runs pretty good but has some problems, the main ones are hydraulics. but that is for later. I was cleaning her up a bit and looking at the rear wheel weights. they look too be a 2 or 3 part weight that share the same bolts as the rim and disc. do you have to pull the wheel to remove them? is there another way ? thanks .....Jer
