Trading a tractor with loader for what you are looking for does not sound like a good deal to me! Try www.farmlandtractor.com for the end caps. Line boring is not as expensive as a new engine. Check with your local machine shop. They may be able to find some end caps for you or a set of rods with end caps. Write into this forum. A lot of folks have spare parts . Do little research and you'll figure out the best course of action.
