There may be exhaust getting past your rings on the power stroke or mixture past on the compression stroke. This can blow oil vaporized about in your crank case it also somewhat pressurizes your crank case. This exhaust looks for an escape route usually through the breather (generaly a hollow pipe dumping near the bottom of the block) I confess I don't know much about Olivers. Blowby is usually worse in well used tractors and less likely on a fresh engine.
