caleb, Are you bent on getting the 10 or 20 series tractors? if not Let me suggest.... A 4230, next series up from the 20s. It is a 4020 on 30 series skin, + a better HD front-end. That will take loader work. Find one with a PS to eliminste the worn out linkages in the syncro rangeset up. or A 4030 if you are looking at a 3010. I have been running my cousins newly aquired, last summer, 4230 It uses no oil to speak of, will handle a 15ft, Rhino SR-15, Bat-wing shredder just a flying, fairly economical on fuel. We have a loader on it too. The only problem it has is the linkages on the console shifter for the syncro-range tranny. OBTW ,Did I say that the 30 series tractors HAVE a HD front end to handle Loader work, unlike the 10,20 series tractors? Hope this helps. Later, John A.
