Tim, We have a Westendorf TA-29 on our 1855 Oliver and it is a very strong loader, I am very impressed with it. The neighbor also has a TA-26 on his 706 Farmall and he has had it on there for 20+ years and it has been a super loader. I also like that I can change buckets with the neighbor and it just takes a second to switch buckets. I will say that the weak point in the loader system is in the mounts. We both have had problems breaking the loader mounts and have had to reweld them before, but never a weld on the loader itself. And yes it will easily pick the front end of the 1855 off the ground and will lift over 3000# before the hydraulics on the tractor quit. The TA-29 is about 3 years old now and I paid about $6,000 for it installed from the dealer.
