It can work. The issue is people skills, and
some will grow weeds, some will cause

Another way to go is you grow all the crops,
and sell 'shares' in the garden. In mid
summer through fall you take a box of goods
to each member. This way they pay you, get
fresh food, and can have thie 'garden' without
ever lifting a finger.

I understand these things make serious
money if you have the location, people skills,
and so forth.

Either way you need the people skills. The first
you collect rent for land, the second you also
make money for the labor.....
