In an attempt to avert any argument or fight pending on the definition of "geezer" or "coot", let me set the record straight. Oxford defines "geezer" (spelled "geezer") as an old man. However, and much to my dismay, "coot" (spelled "coot") is defined as a stupid person. Therefore, by taking liberty with the age by which the AARP allows membership into their group, one could deduce a geezer is a man age 55 and over. Continuing to follow the definitions as outlined by Oxford, once a geezer has lost the ability to correctly spell "geezer" they automatically become a coot. Soooo, not to point fingers, Sloroll, but how did you spell "geezer" on your second attempt? Could we have just witnessed an old geezer becoming a coot right before our very eyes?
