I think one of two possibilities, most likely
sump screen is plugged and the pump can get
enough oil at idle,but screen will not pass
enough at higher RPM. Or the bearings are well
worn , that usually shows near 100k on trucks
with fuel inj and that have pulled trailer or
done other work rather than be used as a car.
