You comment is the most stupid I have seen or heard in many days. If you have a wife, mother, sister or daughter just run it by them in the context of this tractor discussion. Crimes against a person,such as rape,are by definition outside of the victims control. Your fellow knucklehead who whines about his bad deal called the seller,negotiated a deal,and wired the money.He gave up control of the transaction when he wired the payment. His whining after the fact is useless. If you want control of the transaction use an escrow or an agent in Canada. Don't waste time and reputations caterwauling after the fact.
