I had the same type of problem with a different name program. Go to you control panel, then add/remove programs, soo if there is any programs that you do not recognize, or anything that has anythign with your problem in the name. The nice thing about doing this is you can go to recycle bin and put it back if it something you need. Another thing to try is if you have a newer operating system, you should have restore points on your computor, if you can remember when this started, you can restore your computor to before that and it might get rid of it. It will get rid of any new programs you might have installed, but you should not loose any data that is in your programs you have had for a while. I am not a computor whiz, but this a couple of things I have done to get my computor back up and going a couple of times. good luck
