Hi CB, Yep fiber duct. If you look over a supply air vent in the sun light when the fan is running you'll see small figerglass fibers floating out of the registers. And you thought smoking was bad for your health! When I was a apprentice they had a guy from Johns Mansfield come give us a demo. Part of his demo was to wad up a small hand full of fiberglass and eat it. WE all kinda looked at one another in ahhh. I asked the guy how long he had that job, ohhh about 2yrs. How long did the guy before you have that job? About 2yrs!!! Hmmmmm!!! I'll stick with metal duct with the liner on the outside! T_Bone
