Hate to argue with most of the rest of the poster's here. I have a shop with a 22 w X 14 h insulated door. When finances allow intend to replace with a Bifold. The top drive opener on this door is a joke. finally unhooked it and put in a chain hoist. The clutch wouldn't stay in adjustment and when a obstruction occured the top panel would get folded under. The cables have come undone from both the spools and the door which causes it to stop and not move either way until fixed. etc, etc, etc. JM2CW jt
