Quick Attach 3 point hitch for limited cat 1 tract

All Thanks for the feedback for my limited 3 point hitch questions. Now what's an easy fix. Can I use one of those 3 point hitch quick attach couplers to correct the lower arm length deficency so I don't have to cut the PTO shaft to fit? I plan on using a small rototiller that will also be used on a tractor with a normal cat 1 hitch so I dont want to cut the PTO shaft. Or can I just purchase the lower cat 1 arms Thanks Ed
