Dont go back to that bunch. Good farm help is hard to find. Pretty soon they will run all the help off, then they will have to deal with thier own defects. I have worked for Farmers before and have done some crappy jobs and got to use the good stuff too. Most will test you with a crappy job to see how you react. if you react correctley you garner thier trust.
