You should be able to get another N-Series or newer Ford in your price range and you already have a finish mower. I don"t think you will find anything more stable on hills than a Ford utility tractor. I basically did the same thing with a Ford 3000 for the bulk of my mowing - got really spoiled with the power steering and live hydraulics (live pto is nice, but optional).
