i'm not too concerned about neighbors, it's the out of state investors that have been buying up the land lately. there's not a whole lot of land in my area thats locally owned. back when my place was homesteaded (ca 1910) this quarter was part of it. it was sold of in the mid 80's by the family. the last son who is in his 80's lives in florida now and has been back buying land up like crazy. that's my biggest worry, not my only, just my biggest.
