Now that made me think! I have just fished out my copy of John Farnworth"s wonderful book (all Massey nuts should have a copy!) "A Worldwide Guide to Massey-Ferguson 100 and 1000 Tractors"
Yes the 135 was built in France too! BUT French 135 diesels have a 3/144 engine not 3/152 like UK and American ones. As for the 122 it is also French built, 4 cylnder Perkins 99cu in. The 130 had a 4/107cu in engine. How many cylinders has your friends tractor?
