I've got a friend who has had 2 of them. One was the regular cab and now he has a 4 door. No issues with either one. Beging used to a big block Chev., the low oil pressure was a concern. Cat says it's well within specs. Your miles verses hours ( alittle over 26) says that it has been idling alot. Maybe that is some of the problems.
