IH 706 not starting

We have an IH 706 that is not getting any spark. We replaced the coil, points and condensor, resistor, spark plugs and it did not help. The distributer cap and wires are fine. This is our work horse tractor and we need to get it running. Any hlep would be appreciated! Thanks
