What difference does it make whether they were delivering cookies, asking to use the phone because they had run out of gas (I forgot, they both probably had cell phones), or just wanted to visit? What law did they break? Why do we need legislatures, as long as we have law-writing judges? I realize this is "civil" rather than "criminal", but where is the precedent? If they had just kicked the door in, broken her arm and robbed her, they would have recived probation...........
