I live in the same general area as you. I looked for quite a while before I found a decent tractor with a QT loader (Ford 3000 w/Woods loader). The price isn"t bad at all for a good utility tractor with a relatively new loader around here - especially on a dealer"s lot. The 165 is a little bigger tractor than mine (more like a Ford 4000), but I paid $1,000 more with a 7 ft. back blade. Most of the tractors I went to see had a beat up 35 year old loader attached: They weighed so much that they handled like a tank. You"ll know once you drive it and operate the loader if it"s right for you.
