Is not just police departments that have and use them. I've been known to stand one the peak of my barn and shoot myself with one. I really should've done it from the end where I placed a pile of hay, not the other. And I guess I should've worn a helmet or something. I was testing my theory that tazers wouldn't really flaten someone, like in the movies, and to prove my point, did it from the barn roof. Not one of my better theories, or had it turned up too high, I guess. Mark
