Hi Dan, Although color is a indication of different anti-freeze this is no longer a "good" way of telling what anit-freeze will mix with another anti-freeze. Example: Zerox G-0-5 a 100k coolant In a 2002+ Ford PSD it's gold color In a JDeere it's green In a Cummins it's gold And theres a red but I can't remember what uses it. But my point, there all the same anti-freeze with a different color dye but the chemicals are the same. You can mix any of these with each other without any problems. Then can you use red Dex-Cool with the red G-0-5? Nope, two different chemicals. Can you mix the JD green long life coolant with standard green coolant? Nope two different chemicals. T_Bone
