Allan; I've sometimes found that the best deal is the one that goes sour at the last moment. It gives you the "kick in the pants" push to keep looking until you find that pot of gold. If eastern Dakota is of interest, check out the link below. One owner is selling 34 farms totaling 5200 acres. All are cash rented for over an average of $100 / acre. Buy it all, and sit back and collect over 1/2 mill a year....easy money. Good Luck
