Go to the nearest Tractor supply and take a look at their axles on display. If your axle has the same four holed square bracket on it as the ones they sell, you should be able to purchase the same brakes as fit their axles, from TSC or anyone who sells the same brand.

You may find if you have an oddballsetup , a new pair of axles would be the least costly way to go. Then you can sell the old axles to someone building a lighter trailer.
