Doug my 2 cents is get out and talk to the parents and have some options and solutions to bring to the table. Our schools don't have much money either but what I do like about them is there is a lot of participation and volunteering by parents, and bottom line to me is if you don't have parents that care and are willing to help out the schools you ain't got a school system.
