Always keep at least one beat screwdriver in your vehicle.If it wont run stick that in a plug wire end and hold near the motor. Thats your roadside spark test.An old plug will work also.Wires wont fail instanly they will leak causing misfires.Now to test not in that truck you need another motor, lawn mower could tell.Its unlikely a V8 fouled all plugs suddenly.It takes three things fuel,Somewhat near correct ratio[air],reasonable compression,somewhat timed spark to make any gas motor run.Oh Good luck.
